Organised training rides for women once a Month.
Parramatta Cycling Club are starting a specific women’s group ride monthly in Parramatta Park. The aim of the ride is to encourage women to start riding in a safe, supportive and friendly environment allowing them to build their skills and confidence.
What do you need to bring?
A road or mountain bike ready to ride! So make sure your tyres are pumped up!
What we will do.
We will check your bike before you start for safety and help you with your riding position if needed.
The group will be led by an experienced female cyclist who will advise you on basic riding skills, how to ride in a group and cycling etiquette.
Where do we ride?
We ride the circuit of Parramatta Park -see map. Initially, the group will ride together at a comfortable pace around the park. As your skills, experience and confidence increases, we may form more than one group according to your ability.

Starting Time: 7:00am
at the meeting place-top of hill in Parramatta Park (weather permitting) -see map
Dates: Sat May 10 then 2nd Saturday of the month.

If you would like to ride more often:
Parramatta cycling club has a small group who do same course every Saturday and you are welcome to join Bob and the small crew.

After you have ridden with us a few times and joined Parramatta Cycling club (it is simple process; follow the link on our web page) we will give you a free women’s club jersey. The design is below.

After the ride:
Come for free coffee at the Social Hideout and meet some other Parramatta Cycling Club members.
